A Knowledge Transfer Partnership can help a business to develop and grow by accessing academic expertise and bringing it into your business by working in partnership with academics or researchers. Each KTP project involves one or more graduates and can last from 12-36 months. The graduate(s) will be based at your company and act as a 'knowledge broker' between academia and industry. A member of academic staff will be appointed to spend the equivalent of half a day per week working on your programme.
