Higher Level Skills Training

Truro & Penwith College, and Cornwall College Business both offer higher level skills training to encourage your rising stars to take responsibility and add value.

Graduate placement

Unlocking Cornish Potential is a CUC project which manages the risk to business of working with early stage graduates by offering support for 6-12 months, business specialist mentoring, business skills training and a potential project investment fund, based on a minimum salary of £16,000. Helping them add value to your business, quicker.

Postgraduate Placements

To tackle a six week work package in your business within a flexible timeframe and at a subsidised cost.
